I’m obsessed with the notion that everything can be reduced to a single understandable rule

• JSON API — data is best flat
• minions — the mentality of CSS properties be reduced to a guessable, minified syntax
• JSX — behavior and visuals can be split

if it's not a single task with a measurable outcome, you're still in the research phase
